Her reputation precedes her as a well known dynamic resourceful professional. As evidence of her innovative talents, in 1970, Ms Klein was one of the first to introduce GNMA's as fixed income securities.
A highly regarded independent real estate developer, Florence Klein has acquired, developed and syndicated historically certified luxury apartment complexes, parking facilities, limited partnerships for single-family residences, a land package for a Jamaican resort, as well as a creative plan for intergenerational housing.
She is President of the Colorado Springs Chapter of Hadassah, developed a Self Esteem program for women in Colorado Women's Correctional Facilities and has been active in TESSA, Old City Civic Association as well as numerous other non profit organizations.
